Damir was born in 1975 in Zagreb, where he graduated from the 10th high school and attended the faculty of mechanical engineering and shipbuilding, earning the title of mechanical engineer.
After a short employment at Rogaška Kristal, Samobor moved to Sladovic d.o.o. in 2003. where it remains until 2022. In 2022, he becomes a director in Asirus Profi d.o.o.
Through Sladović d.o.o. he gain experience in the field of work coordination, assembly, procurement and production. Over the years, he passed the professional exam at the Ministry of Construction for the position of manager of mechanical works, and later became a member of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers in the same area.

QUALITY, INSPECTION AND SAFETY POLICY
WARRANTY
Asirus Profi d.o.o. guarantees that the delivered equipment is free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Asirus Profi d.o.o. agrees to repair or replace equipment, at its option, without charging FOB factories (the costs of transporting goods or people if they go to the field are not included)
For any part that is proven to be defective, within one (1) year from the date of original installation or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier, or 24 months from the service performed, according to current legal provisions.
For equipment that, in the opinion of Asirus Profi d.o.o., was damaged in the shipment or due to improper installation or operation, i.e. that it was misused or parts were changed in any way, return and warranty service will not be accepted.
Asirus Profi d.o.o. will not accept reimbursement of costs for work performed by others or in collaboration, unless prior approval has been given to Asirus Profi d.o.o. in the form of a purchase order.
Asirus Profi d.o.o. shall not be liable for disconnection, non-operation or increased operating costs of other equipment, or for any other loss or damage of any nature, whether directly or indirectly or arising from any other cause.
Sladović d.o.o. makes no other warranty of any kind. No person has any authority to bind Sladović d.o.o. to no other warranties other than this warranty.
WARRANTY REPAIR CONDITIONS
The guarantor guarantees that the product has all the necessary properties for its regular use or circulation for the purpose for which the device is intended, but does not assume responsibility for the properties of the product that are necessary for specific use or performance of activities, which had to be separately contracted, i.e. which contract of sale by the buyer was not requested from the seller, as well as for possible lost profit due to the lack of specified specific properties.
The warranty begins on the date of delivery of the purchased product to the end user, and is proved by presenting the invoice and/or a certified warranty card and a detailed description of the defect.
The valid warranty card is the original warranty card attached to the device by the manufacturer.
The warranty card must be properly filled out, signed and stamped by the seller (the seller to the end user).
If the product does not come with the original manufacturer's warranty card, only the representative's (importer's) warranty card or the original invoice for the specified part is accepted.
Defects on products covered by the warranty will be rectified free of charge, only if they were not caused by mechanical impact or handling contrary to the instructions for use by the end user.
The warranty on sold spare parts is 90 days. The warranty on spare parts installed in the service is 180 days.
The service warranty is also 180 days.
The service warranty only applies to an identical failure, i.e. failure of the same component, and does not cover the functioning of the entire product.
After the service, each product is functionally tested in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
